  1. “withdrawal rate” isn’t a meaningful question in this context. The withdrawal rate is based on $40,000 a year in expenses. The withdrawal rate depends on the funded ratio.
  2. Sure, maybe? You should run some backtesting and let us know how it looks. I’ve mostly given up trying to guess how things will look without actual backtesting. Markets are hard to understand.
